This blog is intended to be a discussion forum about strategies and tactics for protest, solidarity work, and movement building, with a focus on the role of veterans. We encourage a militant mindset towards achieving our political and social goals. What that means in practice is critical and strategic thinking, and a reparatory and reconciliatory ethos. That is, this is not a forum for ideological partisanship. Practical and sustainable solutions to the problems we face often do not conform to ideological purity. We are  committed to transformative justice, and that entails that all of our communications (arguments, stories, etc.) are oriented towards the greater goals of building knowledge communities, forming coalitions, and repairing harm.
